Terms of Service
Terms for using Trade Empire, a free fictional business simulation from Logan Pendragon Forge.
Using the game
These terms apply to your use of Trade Empire. Use the service lawfully and only through an account you are entitled to access. Keep your credentials private and provide an email address you can access for recovery.
Fictional economy
Game currency, inventory, loans, reputation, and business results have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for money or goods. The game is entertainment and does not provide professional appraisal, financial, lending, or legal advice.
Fair use
Do not access another player’s records, disrupt the service, exploit security flaws, automate abusive traffic, or submit unlawful or infringing content. Report bugs through Feedback. Access may be restricted where necessary to address abuse, protect accounts, or maintain the service.
Accounts and progress
Your account stores your operation and checkpoints. You can reset your operation or delete your account from Account. Checkpoint restoration replaces the current operation with an earlier save. Keep access to your recovery email; do not rely on the game as the only record of anything important.
Content and feedback
The game and its original content belong to their respective owners. You may play the game and share ordinary gameplay screenshots. Submit only feedback you have permission to share; we may use it to investigate issues and improve the game.
Availability and changes
The current game is free. Features, balancing, and these terms may change as development continues. Updates are described in the Changelog and planned features in the Roadmap; roadmap entries are not delivery guarantees. Future paid offerings, if introduced, would have their price and applicable terms presented separately.
Service limitations
The service is provided as available. Uninterrupted access, error-free operation, and permanent preservation of every save cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Privacy and contact
The Privacy Policy explains data handling. Use the Feedback button for questions or issues. The date above identifies the latest revision of these terms.
