Who operates the service

Trade Empire is operated as a Logan Pendragon Forge Lab. Use the Feedback button for privacy questions or account-data requests. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents.

Information used to run your account

Registration stores your name, business name, email address, and a password hash. The application stores sessions, recovery information, game actions, inventory, relationships, financial simulation records, and checkpoints to provide persistent play, account recovery, and game features. Passwords are hashed rather than stored as readable text.

Technical information and service providers

Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, request times, browser information, and error logs to deliver and protect the service. Recovery email is processed through the configured mail service. Pages request fonts from Google Fonts and load the centrally hosted Forge feedback widget; those requests disclose ordinary connection information to the receiving service.

Analytics

Trade Empire uses Google Analytics 4 for public page visits and limited account-flow events. Analytics storage defaults to denied until you allow it. The Google tag currently loads before that choice and may send cookieless measurement signals while storage is denied. Declining analytics is therefore not a promise that no request reaches Google. The application does not intentionally attach names, email addresses, business names, inventory, checkpoints, or transaction values to analytics events. Routine authenticated game page views are disabled. Manage analytics preferences.

Feedback and sharing

Information you choose to submit through Feedback is used to investigate reports and improve the game. Trade Empire does not sell player account data. Information may be processed by the services needed to operate the site, or disclosed where required by law or necessary to investigate abuse and protect the service.

Retention and account choices

Account and game records remain in the active application until removed through account controls or operational maintenance. Account deletion removes the account and associated game records from the active application. Separate technical logs, recovery material, and previously submitted feedback may remain; deletion is not a promise of immediate erasure from every operational record. This notice does not claim a fixed retention period that the service does not enforce.

You can change your password, reset the operation, or delete the account from Account. For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests that cannot be handled there, contact us through Feedback. Available rights depend on applicable law, and account ownership may need to be verified.

Changes

This notice describes the current service. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
